The QSS Color Assessment Cabinet is used to check the colors of leather materials/fabrics/accessories/metals/packaging material and so on, and conduct visual color-comparison under artificial daylight and specific environment.
The salt spray corrosion test cabinet can simulate the dispersion system, in which there are tiny droplets containing salt, to test the anti-corrosion performance of leather products, metals, plastics, FPC board after treated by coating, electroplating, organically/inorganically filming, anti-corrosion treating. All the tests included are NSS(neutral salt spray), ASS(acetic salt spray), CASS(copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray) and so on.
The electric abrasion color-fastness tester: The dry/wet abrasion color-fastness tester is composed of control system and abrasion system, which can conduct cyclic dry/wet abrasion color-fastness tests for fabrics made of such materials as cotton, wool, silk, knit-ware, printed textiles, under the standards stipulated by AATCC, ISO and so on.
The micro-computer tension tester is applicable for such processes as tensile testing, adhesive strength testing, peeling testing, tear testing, anti-compression testing, bending testing, anti-shearing testing and three-point bending strength testing for such materials as thin films, rubber belt, plastics, leather, metals, nylon thread, textiles, paper and so on.
The pointer-type push pull force gauge is used to conduct strength test(tensile experiment, compressive test, shear experiment and the alike), attractive force/electromagnetic force/magnetic repulsion for various materials, and can not only sample at a frequency of 1000Hz, but also store and analyze data.
